- We ALWAYS provide the most accurate estimates possible: We don't do estimates scribbled on the back of napkins. Rams Roofing is a fully certified user of the most powerful computer software in the industry that has been developed specifically to estimate all phases of roofing repairs (Xactimate). This gives insurance companies confidence that our estimates are both reliable and accurate. We also take photos of any and all roof damage to further bolster each estimate we do.
- We ALWAYS pull the proper permits: Unfortunately, some roofers will not take out permits prior to starting a job. There are several reasons why they do this: 1) they can save money (at your expense); 2) they may not be licensed to do work in your community; 3) they can use inferior materials; 4) they can avoid a final inspection. For your protection, Rams Roofing guarantees your roof will be done right!
- We ALWAYS install an Ice and Water Shield along the eaves of every roof we install: While most roofers consider this an upgrade, Rams Roofing does it free of charge. Ice and water shields adhere directly to the roof deck, creating a water tight barrier between the roof deck and shingles, which protects the roof against ice dams.
- We ALWAYS use materials that meet or exceed the local building code: It is very difficult for the average person to know when inferior materials are being used. As a result, we clearly state what materials we are using, their manufacturer, their wind rating, and the warranty that they carry.
- We ALWAYS take extra care to clean up our job sites: Roofers often drop debris as they install a roof. Nails are especially hazardous if not cleaned up properly. That's why we use tarps and roll each job site with magnets before leaving.
